SACRIFICE= WOMEN 
I'm not writing this to brag about women.
The life of a woman is simply not hers. Being a woman is tough, as one can imagine.
Sacrifices are just free gifts given to girls when they come to this not so thankful universe.
From childhood to old age women are sacrifising.
In many households they are treated as ill fortune for the family even before they are born; thus that same family forgets that a new born is taking birth from a women only.
Whether its education or any art they need to learn they face lot of challenges and have to make sacrifices to keep their family happy.
Fullfiling wishes and living according to the norms set by their family members is all they do.
After marrying at a young age or at any age they just live for others.
They try to keep the family united & happy. She kills her happiness her desires to fulfill the needs and demands of her in Laws.
From waking up early to sleeping last she works like a machine and regulates all the needs and wants of the laws family.
Her priority changes from her own family to her laws family. Making her in- laws happy to Making his husband feel satisfied in everyway. 
She always finds happiness in others happiness and she never complains.
Till death she sacrifices.
To maintaining the family her kids, thier kids and relationship with relatives and what not. 
Being a woman and compromising one's needs and desires is not easy. She is the backbone of one's house. Without her everything is incomplete.

I live in new delhi, the capital of india and a union territory. Few days back i took my grandmother to the hospital for her regular routine checkup, there i noticed lot of garbage bins and waste littered around the roads and the area near the bins. Cleanliness is the most important for physical well being and a healthy environment.
